What Happens Next

    We confirm your booking
    You'll hear from us within 24 hours to confirm your date, departure time and any specific requests. If you haven't heard from us, WhatsApp us on +350 5400 5049.

    Deposit & full payment
    A non-refundable £75 deposit secures your date for bookings more than 14 days in advance. Full balance is due 14 days before your charter. For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is due the day after invoice. We'll send you a payment link directly.

    Day of charter
    Make your way to Ocean Village Marina at your agreed departure time. Your skipper and stewardess will be waiting with welcome drinks. Nothing to pay on the day.

    After your charter
    Ocean Village Marina is right on your doorstep — a great spot for a drink or lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants. If you'd like to add dinner, a gin tasting or any other experience to your day, just WhatsApp us and we'll arrange everything.

Good to Know
What to wear
Casual summer clothing and flat soft-soled deck shoes. Light layer for open water. Swimsuit optional — let us know in advance if you plan to swim.
What to bring
Sun cream, sunglasses and a light layer. Welcome drinks are included. Nothing to pay on the day.
Dolphins
Resident pods in the Strait year-round. Your skipper will navigate to where they're most active — sightings are very frequent, though wildlife can never be guaranteed.
Weather
Gibraltar enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. In the rare event of severe weather cancellation we'll reschedule or refund deposit monies paid.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges
  • £75 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances
  • More than 60 days before charter — loss of deposit only
  • 59–42 days — 25% of total charter value
  • 41–29 days — 50% of total charter value
  • 28–15 days — 75% of total charter value
  • 14–8 days — 90% of total charter value
  • 7 days or less — 100% of total charter value
  • Cancellation must be notified by the lead guest (18+ years)
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance
