Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hidden Gibraltar acts as a booking coordinator. All experiences are delivered by independent local operators, and the final decision on any refund rests with the relevant operator. We will always advocate on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee a refund outcome.
General guidelines
As a rule, cancellations made more than 48 hours before your experience stand the best chance of a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are at the operator's discretion and a refund cannot be guaranteed. No-shows on the day are non-refundable.
Weather and operator cancellations
If your experience is cancelled by the operator due to severe weather or circumstances beyond their control, we will work with the operator to offer you a reschedule or refund where possible.
What to do if you need to cancel
Contact us as early as possible — the sooner you let us know, the more we can do. Message us on WhatsApp at +350 5401 0229 or use our contact page and we'll handle everything directly with the operator on your behalf.
Refund processing
Where a refund is confirmed by the operator, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
