Your Dinner Menu
The menu changes weekly based on fresh local supply. Below is a guide to what you can expect — your server will talk you through everything available on the night.
To Begin — your choice
Prawn & avocado — succulent prawns and creamy avocado on shredded lettuce with cherry tomatoes and spicy mayo
Classic Caprese — fresh mozzarella and ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic and lemon
Main — your choice
Chicken or Pork Piccata — lightly crumbed, pan-finished in caper lemon butter, served with potatoes or veg of the day
Fresh Salmon — shredded fresh salmon in a creamy caper and dijon sauce, served on a bed of pasta
Zucchini Pasta — fresh zucchini sautéed in sweet shallots, garlic and olive oil with pasta and parmesan
To Finish
Bistro Pavlova — crisp meringue base topped with fresh strawberries, ice cream, cream and blackcurrant coulis
