Tasting
Gibraltar's only gin distillery - founder-run, award-winning within a year of opening. The botanicals are unique to the upper Rock of Gibraltar, including seeds from a rare flower that grows nowhere else on earth. A guided session through the history, the Strait and the spirit itself. Approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.

Five Tapas.
Five Wines.
One of Gibraltar's most celebrated dining spots - a beautifully restored historic stone venue on Chatham Counterguard with a wine list sourced from over 23 countries and served at shop prices. Five tapas dishes and five paired wines. On Mon-Thu this closes the evening. On Fridays it follows the yacht before the gin tasting brings the day to a close.
